If the saying goes 'it takes a village to raise a child' then at 'His and Her' we believe it also takes a village to support each other as living, breathing expressions of love. As part of our commitment to support our clients overall well-being, we have engaged in identifying external referral services accessible to all those who wish to call His and Her their Salon/Barber home. We will continue to provide updates, blogs to services as the needs of our clients change. We  also support causes and programs we believe in as our way of continually giving back to you, our village. Ipswich Foodbarn

About Us
Ipswich Foodbarn, The Lion and the Lamb Community Centre 1 Darling Street East, Woodend. We provide food hampers ($30) once off Membership fee $5.  All you need is to be in need and a CRN and other I.D. Food supply will continue until needs change.

About Us
Triple P is an internationally-acclaimed parenting program which is offered free to all Queensland parents and carers of children up to 16 years of age. Triple P is considered one of the world’s best because it has been scientifically shown to work and because it’s already helped more than four million children and their families in more than 25 countries. The Queensland Government is now offering Triple P free as part of its commitment to supporting families across the state.

How to access counselling services through medicare
Firstly, book an appointment with your local doctor. Secondly, ask for a mental health referral to access counselling services.
Thirdly, source a counselling  service.  The mental health plan will reduce the cost of counselling services through the medicare rebate scheme. For more information on how this services works read the link below:
